Elizabeth's primary specialty is being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the states of NY & SC. Along with this, Elizabeth has had a desire of working with babies and families while using her Mental Health skills as a backbone to the newly acquired niche.

Elizabeth has experience treating mental health conditions like anxiety, stress, life transitions, confidence, self esteem, grief, trauma, and much more. Among the multiple areas of mental health Elizabeth can work with, she is also a supervisor for other counselors in training during their pre-licensure time. ​

The journey to parenthood is filled with a mix of emotions joy, excitement, and sometimes, uncertainty. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum.
